Quest Data - Game Analytics for Indie Developers

Track player behavior, optimize your game, and grow your audience — without the bloat of enterprise analytics tools.

Quest Data is a self-hosted game analytics platform designed for indie game developers. It tracks player events in real-time, provides retention and funnel analysis, and includes tools for remote configuration and A/B testing — all without sending your data to third parties.

Real-time Analytics

Events per minute charts, live event feed via WebSocket, retention cohorts, and custom funnels.

Remote Config & A/B Testing

Feature flags, live balancing, experiments with deterministic hashing and traffic splitting.

Remote Logging

Debug your game in production. Send logs from the Godot SDK, filter by level, player, or session.

Revenue & IAP

Track purchases, ARPPU, top products, and revenue trends per item.

How do I install the Godot SDK?

Copy the addons/quest_data/ folder into your Godot project, enable the plugin in Project Settings, and set your API key. See the Quick Start Guide for step-by-step instructions.

Is Quest Data free?

Yes, the Free tier includes up to 3 games and 10,000 events per month. Paid tiers (Indie, Studio) offer more games, team seats, and advanced features like environment-specific API keys.

Can I self-host Quest Data?

Self-hosting is on our roadmap but not available yet. We currently don’t have the capacity to provide support for self-hosted setups. For now, use the hosted version at questdata.io — it runs on EU servers with full GDPR compliance.
